Shoo Rayner – ‘Libraries – the pillars of civilisation’

We are delighted to have received the support of bestselling children’s author and illustrator Shoo Rayner.

Shoo’s many books for children feature popular characters such as The Ginger Ninja, Monster Boy, Axel Storm and Viking Vik. Shoo lives in the Forest of Dean, and is a regular visitor to Gloucestershire schools with his story and drawing workshops.

Shoo has put his thoughts on library cuts into a video, which you can watch here.
